Megs Blackened Salmon

This Blackened Salmon is covered in Traeger’s Blackened Saskatchewan and topped with Parmesan Cheese for a crunch.
  • 2 lbs of raw Salmon
  • 2 TBSP of Traeger Blackened Saskatchewan Rub
  • 2 TBSP of Parmesan Cheese. (in the shaker, not fresh)
  • 1. Preheat grill to 375
  • 2. Season Salmon with Traeger Saskatchewan Blackened Rub and then top it with the parmesan.
  • Cook on 375 for 25-32 Minutes. When done, your Salmon should flake apart.
