Tyrone and Jerry did a great job. They were on time and very professional. They knew exactly what needed to be done and explained what they were going to do. Both of them had a positive attitude and worked well together. We would hire them again.

This place is a amazing. From the first phone call to the end of the work being done. I've used them twice already for what I consider major work and they are pleasant, timely and professional. They answered all of my questions - took care of my home as they worked and cleaned up afterwards. I really can't say enough good things about BOTH experiences I've had with this company. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing these types of services.

Jose and Felix were very professional, very nice , worked hard and fast from the minute they got here to the minute they left . And clean , they could have done this job in a hospital and no one would of complained. Would highly recommend!!

I had magic mountain inspect my chimney in nov.2019.The man that did the inspection and the 2 men that replaced the chimney lining were beyond great.professional,hard working and provided essential information.Both times were here on time and did not stop working until the job was done. I would recommend this company to anyone,have already to two people.

When contacting a company just from a Google search rather than a personal recommendation, it's almost like rolling the dice. I'm glad I did. They were great, from returning my phone call, to arriving when they say they would, to the service, and just in general, I was very pleased. I knew how much it was going to be so there were no surprises.

I had a wood stove and a gas fireplace cleaned and inspected by Magic Mountain. Jose and Jadolo were both on time, courteous, knowledgeable and left the area perfectly clean when they were done. I also received pictures with my emailed receipt which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future!

I liked everything about Magic Mountain. From the time I made the first phone call to ask for info about a chimney cleaning to the actual date of service. Never having to deal with a chimney before I wasn't sure what to expect. They answered my questions. I was given an appointment right away. They notified us when they were on their way. The 2 gentlemen were professional and thorough. Their english wasn't great but they were able to answer questions. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

5 Star for Magic Mt ....the most conscientious, competent, diligent service we've ever had --- on our old farm brick chimney on a high two story pitched roof. We've used MM on our kitchen fireplace and burned clean all winter. Their lead guy, Jose, has serviced our place for 5 years and always goes the extra mile as if it were his own. I had a great experience. They are very communicative about when the tech is coming out. The tech was very friendly and got my gas fireplace cleaned and serviced with no problems. Laid out mats so my carpet didn't get dirty. I definitely would recommend - great company!

I hired Magic Mountain to perform routine annual maintenance on a gas fireplace at my residence, and to do a complete reinstall of a wood burning fireplace at my rental property. Every person I had contact with at the company was competent, professional and provided exceptional service. I even received a telephone call from Magic Mountain for quality control purposes to ensure that I was satisfied, and to address any concerns I may have while the reinstall was taking place. I would highly recommend Magic Mountain for your fireplace needs.

I was very satisfied with the service I received from Magic Mountain. Jose S. was ahead of schedule and called to see if he could come earlier. After I agreed, I received a text message letting me know that Jose was on the way, as well as a picture of Jose so I would know who to expect. Jose was efficient, knowledgeable, and very courteous. He took lots of pictures and a couple of videos and explained everything in great detail. We will certainly use this company again and would recommend it to others. Thanks for a great experience!

I was very impressed with this business. That is high praise for me considering I have a very high standard for service companies. They were able to schedule right away. They arrived on time. The Tech was friendly and knowledgeable. He exceeded my expectations with the quality of work and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. He also didn’t try to sell me any unnecessary services or upgrades. Definitely a top notch, small, locally owned business.

Magic Mountain Chimney Sweep also does dryer vent cleaning. Today Jose and Felix came to my home to perform that task. These technicians are top notch. Very professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the office staff also. They sent me a couple of reminders and also sent me a text when the technicians were on their way. This is the second time I have used this company and will continue to do so. Definitely a five star company. I highly recommend.

They offered the earliest appointment AND the best rate, a two-hour appointment window, sent reminders to confirm, and had a super-friendly office staff and crew - the technician even texted a photo of himself with his ETA prior to arrival (which was right on time), and texted receipts before he left. They were all pleasant and professional start to finish, and I’ll be using them from here on out.

I would like to recommend Magic Mountain Chimney Sweeps. This company is very good. They are very helpful. The young lady who I spoke with (Alexa) was polite and set up the appointment and was able to answer my questions. The two men who were assigned the job Jose and Felix work well together and got the job done quickly. They showed us before and after pictures. We could not ask for better service.

Jose and Felix came today to clean my dryer duct. Their work was exceptionally good from start to finish. I received text and email reminders ahead of the appointment. They arrived on time, wore shoe covers, and protected the carpet with floor covers. Jose explained what they would be doing and took pictures throughout the process. When he was finished he explained what he found, and then followed up by sending the information and photos to my email. He suggested that the dryer duct should be cleaned at least every 2 years. I will definitely follow their advice and call them again.

Great overall service and professionalism. Jose and Felix arrived on time and were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did everything they could to leave the place better than they found it, from the shoe covers, to blankets on the floor by the fireplace. I appreciated how polite both gentlemen were and would recommend them to anyone!

I scheduled a chimney inspection and cleaning on my home. I bought the 115 year old home a year ago and just got to cleaning/inspecting the chimney. Maureen scheduled my appointment with ease and friendliness. She answered all my questions and called the night before to confirm. My technicians, Jose and Nick, were friendly and efficient and answered ALL the questions of this newbie! 1000% recommended for a company you can trust for service, employees and price!

So pleased with the Dryer Vent cleaning service! Jose and Nick were on-time, friendly, efficient and knowledgable. They truly went the extra mile to locate the root cause of my problem and were proactive in providing a complete solution. Exactly work done in a fashionable way and cleaned up well after the work was done like there was no mess. I would recommend Magic Mountain to anyone who is looking for an honest and friendly company to fix or rebuild there chimney.

The chimney flue to our boiler/furnace had corroded to the point that it was not allowing the fumes/vapors to escape. We had Magic Mountain Chimney Sweeps come to inspect the chimney. Their representative was polite and new his business. He even took photos into our chimney so that we could visually see the damage. He recommended what needed to be done and we were able to schedule the work for later that week. The repair crew arrived as scheduled, reviewed what they would be doing and began repairs. There were some problems encountered, through no fault of theirs and the work could not be completed on that day. They worked with us on re-scheduling and was able to get the work completed the following week. Once again, we found their employees, polite and knowledgeable. When they left they made sure that we were satisfied and thoroughly cleaned up the areas where they had been working. We could not have asked for a better experience. Would highly recommend them.
